Soil microbial community structure under acid rain and pathogen invasion conditions

To investigate the effect of acid rain on the survival of pathogenic bacteria in soil, we invaded the soil with E. coli O157:H7. And simulated acid rain with pH 6.5, 4.5 and 2.5 were added to the soil periodically. Soil samples were taken at regular intervals to extract DNA, and the community structure of microorganisms in the soil was studied by high-throughput sequencing.C represents the control group and O represents the E. coli O157:H7 invasion group. the first number indicates the sampling batch, which was sampled six times in batches, denoted as C1 to C6 and O1 to O6. the second number indicates the different pH treatments, with C1-1 to C1-4, C1-5 to C1-8, and C1-9 to C1-12 representing the first time the control group was sampled pH 6.5, pH 4.5 and pH 2.5 acid rain treated samples.
