资源简介:

The article examines the impact of breathing exercises on the stability of front crawl swimming technique in 12-year-old swimmers. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the training of young swimmers, breathing is not only a physiological function, but also an important element of the technical structure of movement, which affects the position of the body in the water, the rhythm of strokes, the symmetry of movements and the overall stability of technique [3-6]. In the context of the development of swimming sports in Uzbekistan andIncreasing demands on the quality of training of sports reserves makes it especially important to search for pedagogically sound means of improving technique in the early stages of sports specialization [1; 2]. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of a set of breathing exercises on the stability of front crawl swimming technique in 12-year-old swimmers. The study utilized an analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, a pedagogical experiment, and video analysis. A set of special breathing exercises aimed atImproving controlled inhalation, extended exhalation into the water, motor coordination, and body position stabilization during swimming. It has been established that the systematic use of breathing exercises helps reduce the severity of unnecessary compensatory movements, increase body stability in the water, improve the rhythm of strokes, and more efficiently inhale. It has been shown that breathing every 2 strokes is more accessible to swimmers of this age and helps maintain technical integrity of movement over short distances, while breathing every 3 strokes is more associated with the development of symmetry of movements and requires a higher level of Improving controlled inhalation, prolonged exhalation into the water, coordination of movements, and stabilization of body position during swimming. It has been established that the systematic use of breathing exercises helps reduce the severity of unnecessary compensatory movements, increase body stability in the water, improve the rhythm of strokes, and more efficiently inhale. It has been shown that breathing throughA 2-stroke breathing pattern is more accessible to swimmers of this age and promotes the maintenance of technical integrity over short distances, whereas breathing every 3 strokes is more associated with the development of movement symmetry and requires a higher level of respiratory control. The study's results support the advisability of incorporating breathing exercises into the training of young swimmers when improving front crawl technique [3–6].
