EuroFlood paper reproduction package: figures, derived data, and analysis code

Self-contained reproduction package for the paper "EuroFlood: a Python library and queryable index for the CEMS satellite-derived flood-depth archive of Europe" (Jürgen Hackl, 2026). It bundles the committed analysis inputs, the frozen analysis outputs, the rendered figures, and the Python analysis code. Running python run_all.py --verify regenerates every figure and derived statistic offline from the bundled data and checks them byte-for-byte against a SHA-256 manifest, giving exact, bit-identical reproduction. The euroflood library itself (the subject of the paper) is not bundled; it is installed from PyPI and archived separately under its own DOI. With a mirrored flood index, the same code also regenerates all results from scratch online. Licensing: analysis code MIT; figures and derived data CC-BY-4.0. Upstream inputs retain their own licences (CEMS-EFAS flood-depth maps © European Union/Copernicus EMS, HANZE, OpenStreetMap, GISCO, Natural Earth), documented in the deposit.
