Genome sequence data accession and bio sample accession numbers were collected from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) for all 634 strains. Assigned name indicates the name given to each strain based on the country from which they were isolated (source country). Isolation location indicates actual location in the source country from which the corresponding strain was isolated.
