This study investigate the genetic diversity and population structure of introduced farmed tilapia and wild native tilapia using ddRADseq approach

Farmed and wild tilapia samples across three regions were collected and sequenced using the ddRADseq approach to assess the levels of genetic variation in farmed and wild tilapia samples. The study also investigated hybridisation and introgression in farmed and wild tilapia.
