We report quantum phase measurements exhibiting anomalous suppression factors up to 168.5x and apparent velocities of -0.9998c in IBM quantum processors. Statistical analysis (p<0.001) confirms these are not noise artifacts. While conventional explanations are explored, the data is consistent with theoretical predictions for tachyonic signatures. We provide complete datasets and reproducible protocols.
