Peste des petitsruminants virus (PPRV) neutralizing antibody titers and lymphocyte proliferation responses in mice immunized with PPRV virus-like particles (VLPs) or native PPRV particles.

PPRV neutralizing antibody titers was determined in mice immunized with PPRV VLPs and PPRV vaccine virus Nig75/1, and the serum samples were collected at weeks 0, 3, and 7 following the primary immunization.
