16S rDNA sequencing of microbiota in mice feces

Mice were given high-fat diet to induce obesity. After 12 weeks they were divided into 4 groups: Con, Rb1, SalB, Rb1SalB group. Mice in Con group were taken as model control, while mice in Rb1, SalB and Rb1SalB group were treated by ginsenoside Rb1, Salvicanolic acid B and their combination for 8 weeks. Then feces of all mice were collected and 16S rDNA sequencing were conducted to recognize the changes of gut microbiota composition.
