Supplementary Information for the article Handprint of Wide Bandgap Semiconductors in Reducing Footprint of Power Electronics

This dataset contains a detailed life cycle inventory (LCI) and modeling data for three generations of 50 kW power modules used in electric vehicle charging stations. The dataset includes component-level manufacturing, semiconductor device level manufacturing, use-phase, and end-of-life inventory data developed using GaBi LCA software. The PDF provides detailed inventory, parameters, and additional results. This dataset enables researchers to perform life cycle assessment, utilize the developed life cycle inventory for their own work , evaluate material and energy efficiency, and study the impact of wide-bandgap device integration in power electronic systems.
