SSU from isolated tiny protists in brackish and seawater lakes, Mikata Five Lakes

This project is making a list of 18S rRNA gene sequence from isolated strain of pico-, nano-, and micro-sized protists from the Mikata Five Lakes, including the brackish Lake Suigetsu, the seawater-influenced lakes Hiruga and Kugushi, and the freshwater Lake Mikata. Target protists include bacterivorous heterotrophic flagellates and autotrophic photosynthetic protists.
