To determine at the single-cell level the transcriptional impact in the immune, stromal, endothelial and epithelial cell populations in the lung of IL-6 and/or OSM signaling in the bleomycin-induced model of lung injury and fibrosis (day 24). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data from 5 mouse treatment groups (naive; bleomycin+isotype control; bleomycin+anti-IL6R; bleomycin+anti-OSM; bleomycin+anti-IL6R+anti-OSM) 24 days after intra-tracheal administration of saline or bleomycin.
