DHT-AR and D3-VDR regulation in LNCaP cells

To analyze the regulatory mechanism of DHT and D3 via their respective nuclear receptors in LNCaP cells, we analyzed the effects of those hormones on LNCaP cells when they were treated with siRNA for their respective nuclear receptors. The number of samples analyzed was 9 (N=1). Control siRNA (siCT) and mixture of siRNA for the AR (siAR)and VDR (siVDR) were transfected into LNCaP cells. Each siRNA transfected cells were treated with vehicle (V), 10-7M of DHT or 10-7M of 1,25(OH)2D3 (D3), respectively.
