本数据集包括黄土高原地区287县(市、旗)历年平均气象数据和国家基本站气象数据。其中黄土高原地区287县(市、旗)历年平均气象数据内容包括黄土高原地区287个县月、年平均降水量、旬降水量、月、年蒸发量、旬平均气温等26个项目的数据;数据是1985-1990年的中国科学院“黄土高原综合治理”项目前期综合考察中收集整编的。数据格式为execl,26个观测项目分26个表格存放,数据集包括黄土高原极端最低气温、黄土高原极端最高气温、黄土高原降水量、黄土高原平均最低气温、黄土高原平均最高气温、黄土高原日降水量大于或等于0.1 mm日数、黄土高原日照百分率、黄土高原日照时数、黄土高原日最长连续无降水日数、黄土高原1日最大降水量、黄土高原蒸发量12个最小单元数据集;国家基本站气象数据包括黄土高原1985年-2019年逐月的气压、气温、降水量、蒸发量、相对湿度、风向风速、日照时数和0cm地温要素的日值数据。

This dataset includes annual average meteorological data for 287 counties (cities, banners) in the Loess Plateau and meteorological data from national basic weather stations. Specifically, the annual average meteorological data for the 287 counties covers 26 indicators including monthly and annual average precipitation, ten-day precipitation, monthly and annual evaporation, and ten-day average temperature for these 287 counties in the Loess Plateau. These data were collected and compiled during the preliminary comprehensive survey of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' "Loess Plateau Comprehensive Management" project from 1985 to 1990. The data is stored in Excel format, with the 26 observation items saved in 26 separate spreadsheets. The dataset consists of 12 minimal sub-datasets: extreme minimum temperature over the Loess Plateau, extreme maximum temperature over the Loess Plateau, precipitation over the Loess Plateau, average minimum temperature over the Loess Plateau, average maximum temperature over the Loess Plateau, number of days with daily precipitation ≥ 0.1 mm over the Loess Plateau, sunshine percentage over the Loess Plateau, sunshine duration over the Loess Plateau, longest consecutive dry days over the Loess Plateau, maximum daily precipitation over the Loess Plateau, and evaporation over the Loess Plateau. The meteorological data from national basic weather stations comprises daily values of multiple meteorological elements including atmospheric pressure, air temperature, precipitation, evaporation, relative humidity, wind direction and speed, sunshine duration, and 0 cm ground temperature for each month over the Loess Plateau from 1985 to 2019.
