Expression data from MCF-7 cells treated with 0, 50 and 100 uM Oxyresveratrol

We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying cellularisation and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process. MCF-7 cells were seeded at 2.5 x 10^5 cells/well in 6-well plates for 24 h, then they were treated with Oxyresveratrol at the concentrations of 0, 50, and 100 μM for 24 h. Total RNA of each sample was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany)
