The Novel Nrf2 Agonist Neobavaisoflavone Attenuates Periodontitis by Inhibiting Osteoclastogenesis through Iron Homeostasis Regulation and Senescence Suppression Overall design: In this experiment, we induce RAW264.7 cells to differentiate into osteoclasts. The experimental group is treated with 8 µM neobavaisoflavone, while the control group receives an equal volume of the solvent DMSO. Our aim is to investigate the potential mechanism by which neobavaisoflavone exerts an inhibitory effect on osteoclast differentiation.
