The hologenome and holotranscriptome sequencing of a vent snail Alviniconcha marisindica. mollusc metagenome

Here, we present the hologenome of Alviniconcha marisindica from a new population in Wocan field on the Carlsberg Ridge (CR) in the northern Indian Ocean, and analyse its holotranscriptome to investigate the coordination of gene expression and content among the genomes.
