Differentiability-ladder land-rung evidence (NoahMP, regeneration b8) for the Hoosier Model

Evidence of the land rung of the Hoosier Model's Phase-1 differentiability validation ladder (regeneration b8, Big Red 200, 2026-10-22, NoahMP PR B): the regenerated NoahMP land rung with the onset family in both configurations and the #652 column, the superseded runs b2–b7, the activity-rule census and ladder identity, with logs and provenance, the forward runs' configs and h0/l0 history, the regime-column files and manifests, the BR200 job scripts, the staging scripts and the probes. 815 entries, almost all the model's own output. The tarball differentiability_land_rung_prb_b8.tar.gz (SHA-256 81bd5390d481900ec75e47cc6bcee2c10e4cb4ad480de0b1e21ae81f9e8a4e77) is pinned by docs/validation/differentiability/phase1_evidence.yaml; the validation-doc generator refuses evidence whose bytes differ from the pin. Extract it anywhere and point SCRATCH at the directory holding diffladder/. One input, noahmp_land_rung/inputs/workhorse_t42.static.nc (2.1 MB), is a Hoosier static surface file at T42 generated by the model from its registry geography datasets (land initial state from GLDAS Noah 2.1, January 2000; vegetation and soil types, monthly LAI and green vegetation fraction).
