PharmFIT Pharmacist Survey

This dataset contains the PharmFIT Pharmacist Survey instrument and results. The purpose of the PharmFIT survey is to understand pharmacist preferences for a program designed to distribute fecal immunochemical test kits for colorectal cancer screening from community pharmacies. This survey instrument was designed by researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Data collection was via an online national survey of community pharmacists in the US. Data collection was completed between September 2022 and January 2023.
