The mechanisms by which FXR-mediated gut-liver axis contributes to NASH resolution are insufficiently elucidated. This study collected transcriptomic data from the liver and intestine after Fxr knockdown superimposed on OCA treatment. Livers from Fxrf/f, Fxr-IE-knockdown, Fxrf/f+OCA and Fxr-IE-knockdown +OCA mice. Intestine from Fxrf/f+OCA and Fxr-Hep-knockdown +OCA mice. This study provides novel insights into FXR-mediated gut-liver axis contributes to NASH resolution.
