Shallow ice core drilling at the Dome Fuji II in 2023-2024 (JARE65)

We drilled an ice core at the Dome Fuji II, selecting for the 3rd Dome Fuji deep ice core drilling site. We used a electromechanical ice-core drilling system. After 247 completed drilling runs, we obtained an ice core with a total depth of 129.46 m from surface. The drilling carried out from 16 to 28 December, 2023.我们选定富士穹顶II（Dome Fuji II）三号深层冰芯钻探场址开展冰芯钻探作业。本次作业采用机电式冰芯钻探系统（electromechanical ice-core drilling system）。经247次完整钻探循环后，我们获取了总深度达129.46米（自地表起算）的冰芯。本次钻探作业于2023年12月16日至28日期间完成。
