To goal of this study was to determine the effects of GenX on freshly isolated primary human hepatocytes (PHH). Overall design: We exposed cultured PHH to 3 different concentrations of GenX, 0.1, 10, and 100 uM for 96 hours (n of 3 per group). Trizol was used to isolate all RNA from the PHH. RNA was then equally pooled for each group.
