This dataset contains olfactory responses in the third stage of the olfactory circuit in fruit flies: the mushroom body. The responses are recorded with the GCaMP3 sensor. The methods used to collect the data and the procedures to process them are presented in detail in Campbell et al., 2013, Journal of Neuroscience.
