Excretory/secretory microRNAs from the gastrointestinal nematode Heligmosomoides polygyrus bakeri in culture.

We report analyses of the types and amounts of microRNAs found in culture media recovered after incubating approximately 3300 H. p. bakeri adult worms for 48 hours. Overall design: Examination of excretory/secretory miRNAs of the mouse gastrointestinal nematode parasite H. p. bakeri released in culture media.
