Herein, using multilevel omics profiling, we generated multiple integrations of RNAs, proteins, metabolites, and lipids for traumatic, hemorrhagic and ischemic brain injuries during the early brain injury course systematically. Thermogensis was identified as crucial processes of secondary brain injury for potential treatment. Collectively, the results of the current study provide a rich, multi-faceted resource of the potential molecular mechanisms involved in the secondary brain injury process, and will further guide the evaluation of therapeutic targets in ABI
