Integrated multi-omics study of acute brain injury on Mus musculus

Herein, using multilevel omics profiling, we generated multiple integrations of RNAs, proteins, metabolites, and lipids for traumatic, hemorrhagic and ischemic brain injuries during the early brain injury course systematically. Thermogensis was identified as crucial processes of secondary brain injury for potential treatment.
