资源简介:
The different impacts of corn diet (normal chow, NC), potato starch diet (PS), wheat starch diet (WS), and intervention on the parameters of glucose and lipid metabolism and structural changes of gut microbiota in HFD-induced obese mice are examined. Bacteria responding to different diets were clustered into 23 co-abundance groups (CAGs). CAGs 5, 7 and 14 were enriched by the PS diet and exhibited correlations with the metabolic improvements. This study demonstrates that the potato diet can promote weight-loss with increased insulin sensitivity and improved lipid-metabolizing profile in HFD-induced obese mice. Gut microbiota modulated by potato starch diet are correlated with obese-induced symptomatic relief.
