Sugarcane root rot is a soil-borne disease caused by fusarium sp. In recent years, with the rise of the concept of biological control, the method of using bacteria to antagonize pathogen to control diseases has attracted more and more attention. In this study, root and soil samples of healthy sugarcane, root rot diseased sugarcane and resistant sugarcane were collected, the damage characteristics of sugarcane root caused by root rot to sugarcane root were clarified. Through soil total DNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing and microbiome analysis, the influence of root rot on the rhizosphere soil microbial community structure of Dahuizhong and the difference between Dahuizhong and Datianxuezhe in rhizosphere soil microbial community structure were studied.
