Dermal PBPK modelling of clobetasol propionate cream: Guiding IVPT design and assessing the impact of globule size on skin permeation

This dataset contains the Simcyp Simulator V23R2 workspaces and associated data files used to simulate the in vitro and in vivo permeation of clobetasol propionate (CbP) described in the paper "Dermal PBPK modelling of clobetasol propionate cream: Guiding IVPT design and assessing the impact of globule size on skin permeation", together with the raw experimental data generated and reported in this work. The experimental data cover in vitro permeation (IVPT), in vitro release (IVRT), skin thickness, skin extraction and surface-wash recovery and formulation characterisation.
