This study investigates the transcriptomic effects of bufalin on colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on LoVo and HCT8 cell lines treated with bufalin or control conditions to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in cancer progression and fatty acid metabolism. The study provides insights into the molecular mechanisms by which bufalin inhibits CRC metastasis."
