资源简介:
The present study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary probiotics supplementation on gut microbiota and metabolites of sows and their suckling piglets, as well as plasma biochemical parameters, oxidative/anti-oxidative indexes, and inflammatory factor levels of suckling piglets. Compared with the control group, probiotics supplementation increased the Ruminococcus, Bacteroides, and Anaeroplasma abundances while decreased Tenericutes abundnace, trytamine, putrescine, and cadaverine levels on day 105 of pregnancy; increased Actinobacteria and Anaerostipes abundances and butyrate level while decreased Proteobacteria and Desulfovibrio abundances and isovalerate and skatole levels on day 21 of lactation. Tenericutes abundance was positively correlated with putrescine level on day 105 of pregnancy, while Proteobacteria abundance was negatively with isobutyrate and isovalerate levels.
