Soybean Roots Nodulation and Drought assay sequencing

Translatomic and transcriptomic sequencing data of "Genesis 5601" soybean genotype roots. Non-nodulated and nodulated plants were subjected to water-restricted conditions. The primary objective was to elucidate the translational-regulated molecular mechanisms underlying the drought responses of nodulated soybean roots. Stomatal conductance was the trait used to determine when a plant under water restriction should be harvested.
