资源简介:
Objectives(1) To perform a meta-analysis of the TPB extended model's structure in order to investigate the components' ability to predict young populations' engagement in PA; (2) To research on the types of young people (adolescents and college students) as the moderating factors of the relationship between the components of the TPB extended model on the participation of young people in PA; (3) To test the mediating effect of the TPB extended model; (4) The direct impact of perceived behavioral control on behavior among young people.MethodsCMA 3.0 software was utilized for meta-analysis in order to create the necessary covariance matrix and harmonic mean for the research. Using Amos 24.0 software, a one-stage meta-analysis structural equation modeling was carried out.ResultsThe extended TPB model explained 52.4% of intention differences, 29.5% of behavior differences, and 25.3% of behavioral plan differences. Behavioral intention has a mediating effect on behavior among the three TPB factors, which also exist through the chain mediation of behavioral intention and behavioral plan. Group groups regulate the relationships in the extended TPB model.ConclusionThe predictive performance of TPB extended components is slightly different from that of adults. Different groups of people may be the key factors determining the direct impact of perceived control on PA behavior. PBC can become a target for promoting PA among young people.
