Processes and exemplary systems for reducing the accumulation of minerals in the rings of calcination furnace. The processes and systems comprising the insertion of condensable gases (' NCG ") is one of preheating zone of one furnace of calcination， the upstream end of the burner. The zone of preheating may be characterized by temperatures that range of 704 ，4??C (1300??F) to 954 ，4??C (1750??F). The system may desirably comprise one plenum chamber for inserting the NCG in the furnace of rotary calcination in the zone of preheating.
