Service providers pre and post-questionnaires of the 1st and 2nd iteration phase

The dataset contains information on the pre- and post-questionnaires of the service providers of the first and second evaluation period. Each spreadsheet indicates the source of the data (pre or post). The questions are related to the background of the respondents, previous experience, constraints, the service registration tool use and performance, the use of its supportive documentation, learnability, sustainability and maintainability, installability, changeability, effort and usability. Respondents were also asked about the potential of MyCorridor. The column pilot_round (Column CK) indicates whether the questionnaires were completed in the first or second pilot evaluation round.
