资源简介:
BALB/c BYj were fed with an aqueous decoction of the roots flour from two selected chicory genotypes (G12 and G35) or with an inulin decoction. The present study's goal is to classify faecal microbiota of mice fed with either water (control), G12, G35, or inulin. Control 1( Ctr1) is associated with G12 (G12) and G35 (G35) diets. Control 2 (Ctr2) is associated with inulin diet (Inu). BioSamples are labelled according to this model: diet_individual_day. Individuals 1 to 6 are male mice, and 7 to 12 are female mice. Data G35_8_D30 are unavailable, the female mouse 8 fed with G35 flour decoction died before the end of experiments.
