Characterization of RNAs bound by THOC1 or LENG8

Given that LENG8 is associated with the THO complex and is required for mRNA processing, we went on to identify specific RNAs that bind LENG8 or THOC1. Therefore, we precipitated GFP-tagged THOC1, LENG8 or control GFP and sequenced their associated RNAs, using deep sequencing (RNA immune-precipitation followed by deep sequencing, RIP-Seq).
