Probiotic activity of yeasts has been shown in various studies and it has been stated that the discovery of new strains of yeast with probiotic activity can be of great importance. Therefore, in the present study, we tried to isolate new strains from fermented food products and the selected strain was studied in terms of probiotic activities and the results showed that the isolated strain of yeast has good probiotic activity.
