资源简介:
In this study, we infected C57BL/6j neonatal mice with C. parvum IId subtypes. The ileum samples were collected from both infected C. parvum IIdA20G1-HLJ mice and uninfected mice at 3, 11, and 30 dpi. Both the infected group and the control groups had 4 samples at each of these time points. And we examined oocysts burden, pathological changes, and intestinal epithelial permeability during the infection. Transcriptomic analyses were used to explore the mechanism of diarrhea induced by the C. parvum IId subtype. The neonatal mice were sensitive to both C. parvum IIa and IId infection, but IId subtype caused a wide oocyst shedding window and maintained at the high oocysts burden in mice compared with IIa subtype.
