Value of investments in non-residential real estate in Italy Q1 2019, by area

In the first quarter of 2019, investments in non-residential real estate in Italy were mostly concentrated in the North-West of the country. In fact, as the graph shows, over 900 million euros were invested in the non-residential real estate sector in said macro-area. On the other hand, in the South and Islands only 17.4 million euros were invested in the sector.
