Single-cell CRISPRi screens of breast cancer associated enhancers

This series contains the single-cell CRISPRi screens of MDA-MB-361 cells and MDA-MB-231 cells targeting 3512 enhancers associated breast cancer GWAS variants and somatic mutations. Two screens were performed in two different cell lines. For MDA-MB-361 cells, 8 lanes of 10x Chromium Next GEM Single-cell 3' HT reactions were performed. Each lane of reaction contain single-cell transcriptome, sgRNA enrichment and CellPlex libraries. For MDA-MB-231 cells, 16 lanes of 10x Chromium Next GEM Single-cell 3' reactions were perform.
