Intermediate summary-level dataset for Liu et al. "Proteome-wide Mendelian randomisation and colocalisation prioritise genetically supported plasma proteins as candidate therapeutic targets for multiple sclerosis"

This record contains intermediate summary-level datasets and documentation underlying the manuscript “Proteogenomic and Mendelian randomisation evidence for causal plasma proteins and therapeutic targets in multiple sclerosis” (Liu et al., manuscript under review). The Excel files provide harmonised SNP–protein–multiple sclerosis instruments, primary Mendelian randomisation screening and sensitivity results across three proteomic cohorts (UKB-PPP, Fenland, deCODE), and phenome-wide association, pathway enrichment, and protein–protein interaction annotations for prioritised plasma protein targets. All data here are derived from summary statistics; no individual-level data are shared. Individual-level genetic and phenotypic data from UK Biobank, Fenland, deCODE and multiple sclerosis GWAS consortia are subject to data-use agreements and can be requested directly from the original data custodians.
