Annual production of new energy vehicles in China 2013-2022, by propulsion type

In 2022, China produced around 5.47 million battery electric vehicles, an increase of 85.8 percent compared to 2020. In the same year, around 1.59 million plug-in hybrid cars were produced in China, an increase of 164.2 percent compared to the previous year.

在2022年，我国生产的电池电动汽车数量约为547万辆，相较于2020年增长了85.8%。同年，我国生产的插电式混合动力汽车约为159万辆，同比增长164.2%。
