Whole exome sequencing of renal oncocytoma samples

Renal oncocytomas are rare benign tumors of the kidney and comprise only a small sub-fraction of all primary renal neoplasms. Yet, little is known about the underlying molecular mechanisms and alterations of metabolic pathways in this tumour.
