Additional file 6 of Single-cell RNA sequencing of the retina in a model of retinitis pigmentosa reveals early responses to degeneration in rods and cones

Additional file 6. k-means clustering of significantly DE genes among rod clusters according to expression changes along increasing (binned) pseudotime. Rods were grouped into 16 bins along increasing pseudotime. Expression values for all significantly DE transcripts were averaged in each bin, scaled, and the values were used for k-means clustering (k=4) to cluster transcripts into groups of similar behaviour in pseudotime (and thus progressing degeneration).
