RNAseq of mRNA from human NK cells treated with PGE2 or co-cultured with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts

NK cell effector functions are suppressed by AML-blast derived PGE2. Transcriptional regulation of human NK cells in culture with PGE2 or AML blasts was assessed via mRNA sequencing. Overall design: NK cells (CD56+ cells) were sort-purified from PBMCs of healthy donors (BR1, BR2, BR3) and treated with either PGE2 (100ng/ml) or co-cultured with AML blasts (both for 6h). In some conditions, NK cells were stimulated by addition of K562 cells for the last two hours of co-culture.
