Differential Gene Expression of Mucosal-Associated Invariant T Cells of HCC patients and Healthy Controls

The goal is to investigate whether the transcription profile of MAIT cells are changed in HCC tumors compared to normal livers. Overall design: MAIT cells were sorted out from primary tumors or tumor peripherals of HCC patients or healthy liver donors. These sorted cells were subjected to NGS to identify differentially expressed genes.
