Mopalia hindsii uses the "arching" posture to manipulate itself to a position where it contacts and reattaches to the aquarium wall, despite being unable to right itself directly on the flat surface. The video also includes the other positions scored in our experiments: for example, the animal transitions from "flat” to “curled slightly” to “half curled” to “ball” and back to “curled slightly” during a 0.5 s interval of video after time 00:08.
