资源简介:
Pinus massoniana is a major timber and pioneer afforestation tree in China, and the survival and reproduction of this unique native tree species are highly dependent on ECM fungi .Compared with understanding the function of ECM symbiosis in P. massoniana, the mechanisms involved in establishing this ecologically and economically important phenomenon remain unclear, especially at the molecular level. We attempt to characterize the morphological and transcriptional characteristic of P. massoniana roots that interacted with ectomycorrhizal fungi at different stages of symbiosis.
