Single-cell lipidomics by LC-MS inter-laboratory study reveals the impact of X-ray irradiation on a pancreatic cancer cell line and its bystanders. This record contains all raw LC-MS files described in the publication titled above. The datasets are comprised of analyses by two laboratories of cells sampled from the same experiement, and are split into 'discovery' and 'validation' datasets as described in the publication.
