Microarray analysis of transcriptional changes in biopsies of solid tumors from patients treated in a Phase I study with the Cdk inhibitor PHA-793887. Overall design: 7 patient biopsies pre- and post-treatment in dye swap. Tumors are of different origins, and are described in the accompanying manuscript.
